SJLINUS NEWS
Blanketeers:
Our current need is the typical child size (eg fleece blanket 1-1/2 yds (54") by width of fabric 58"-60"). Thank you for helping us with this request.
Happy blanketeering!
02/24/2025: Effective immediately, JoAnn Fabrics will no longer be drop-off locations for Project Linus due to the planned closing of their stores. They have been a very good partner to Project Linus and we will miss them.
Please consult the "Blankets Drop-off Locations" topic on this homepage for the latest list of drop-off locations. We will be adding to it in the near future. Thank you.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept blankets made with the "Make it Give it" fleece sold at JoAnn's as it is not as durable as their standard fleece. We want our blankets to last through years and years of snuggling and hugging. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Project Linus is a volunteer non-profit 501c3 organization. Our Mission is to provide love, a sense of security, warmth and comfort to children who are seriously ill, traumatized, or otherwise in need through the gifts of new, handmade and washable blankets, quilts and afghans, lovingly created by volunteer “blanketeers.”
